Steps

  1. 1 Base-coat the skin with Cokum Copper, building up two or three thin coats for a dark, tan complexion.
  2. 2 Base-coat the pants with Azure.
  3. 3 Base-coat the skirt and the arm wraps with Warm Grey.
  4. 4 Base-coat the boots, hair, eye patch, and strap with Black Grey.
  5. 5 Once dry, paint the boot wraps with Warm Grey, then base-coat the sword and scabbard with Black Grey as well.
  6. 6 Base-coat the belt and sash with Rhinox Hide, then the sword's pommel, handguard, and scabbard tip with Leadbelcher.
  7. 7 Highlight the legs by mixing Offwhite into Azure, building up over several layers on the knees and fabric folds and covering less area each pass.
  8. 8 Highlight the skirt, hand wraps, and boot wraps by mixing Offwhite into Warm Grey over a few layers, keeping to the raised folds and leaving the recesses plain.
  9. 9 Highlight the boots and sword scabbard by mixing Offwhite into Black Grey, building up brighter layers toward the toes and scabbard edges.
  10. 10 Highlight the belt and sash by mixing Rhinox Hide with Cokum Copper on the upper folds, finishing with a touch of Warm Grey mixed in for the brightest highlight.
  11. 11 Wash all the black areas and the fabric transitions with Nuln Oil, then touch up any highlights it dulled by reapplying the Warm Grey and Offwhite mix.
  12. 12 Highlight the skin with a 50/50 mix of Kislev Flesh and Cokum Copper, tracing the muscles and gradually lightening with more Kislev Flesh over several layers to define the abs, ribs, fingers, and face.
  13. 13 Give the skin a final sheen by mixing in a little Offwhite and extra Cokum Copper, applied sparingly to the very top of the muscles.
  14. 14 Build the hair with short strokes of Offwhite mixed into Black Grey, progressively lighter, then darken with thinned Decay Black in the same short strokes; finish with a heavily thinned Decay Black glaze over the whole head.
  15. 15 Dot the eye whites with Offwhite and draw the pupils with pure Black.
  16. 16 Paint the scars directly with Orcish Dermis for a saturated pink, then highlight them down the middle with Kislev Flesh mixed into Orcish Dermis.
  17. 17 Dot in the nipples with Rhinox Hide, paint the base with Hull Red, and finish with a touch of Silver highlighting the sword's metal.
