Steps

1. 1 Fill in the eyes with Yellow Ochre, then base coat the skin and hands with Offwhite.
2. 2 Base coat almost the entire outfit with Mechanicus Standard Grey, leaving the shoes and frilly collar for later.
3. 3 Outline the yellow eyes with a thin line of black for a sunken look.
4. 4 Base coat the shoes with Black Grey, and paint the wooden boat prop with Iraqi Sand.
5. 5 Give the hair a dark undercoat with Tindalos Red.
6. 6 Clean up the eye outlining and hairline with Offwhite.
7. 7 Mix Brown Rose and Sky Grey for the frilly collar, applying it to the collar and the inner wrist frills.
8. 8 Paint the ankle wraps, belt ropes, and wrist wraps with Screamer Pink.
9. 9 Dry-brush Longbeard Grey over the dark grey costume areas for texture, touch up any spots it missed with a lighter grey mix, then wash the wooden boat with Seraphim Sepia to bring out its detail.
10. 10 Highlight the shoes with a light grey mix of Ulthuan Grey and Mechanicus Standard Grey.
11. 11 Highlight the collar's raised areas and edges with a mix of Ulthuan Grey, Sky Grey, and Brown Rose, then boost with pure Ulthuan Grey.
12. 12 Paint the pom-poms with Mayhem Red, then paint the clown face makeup - eye lines, nose, cheek curves, and lips - with Mayhem Red mixed with flow aid.
13. 13 Highlight the hair's raised areas with Skrag Brown, then build up brightness through Troll Slayer Orange to a bright final highlight, leaving red in the recesses; highlight the pom-poms with a Troll Slayer Orange and Mayhem Red mix.
14. 14 Use Apothecary White as a subtle wash on the hands and around the face's edges, hairline, nose, and eyes, then clean up with Offwhite and highlight the fingers.
